A computerized maintenance management system is software that maintains data base about an organization’s technical maintenance operations. This data base information is intended to help maintenance workers to do their job more effectively and to help management make reasonable decisions regarding organizations technical assets. Computerized maintenance management system is an essential business management tool for managing technical assets, ensuring that manufacturing processes are carried out continuously and ensuring effective technical malfunction elimination. Research objective - create a computerized maintenance management system; analyze the influence of the system on production processes. During the research: Computerized maintenance management system was created. System advantages were compared with other similar systems. Result – integrated maintenance management system into production company’s processes. Maintenance management system profitability and advantage was justified. |
