The main purpose of this Master work is to evaluate human capital impact on economic growth in Baltic and EU 15 countries according scientific literature. Conceptual part of this work discloses the debatable questions of economic growth and human capital based on literature of foreign authors. Analytical part of investigation consist of justification of research methodology, dynamic analysis of accumulated human capital and economic growth, the main results of empirical research, and evaluation of human capital impact on economic growth in selected countries. |
