Abstract [eng] Master thesis object - organizational culture in a multinational organization. Main objective - to reveal the peculiarities of organizational culture in a multinational organization. Master thesis goals: to reveal the meaning of organizational culture and to assess its functional meaning to the organization; present the meaning of a multinational organization; distinguish peculiarities of a multinational organization; divulge the organizational culture in organization X and determine it’s meaning to cultural differences. Having analyzed research literature and applied induction, analogy methods, a conclusion was approached, that organizational culture is a system of values that are widely accepted between the members of an organization and are displayed by both visible and non visible factors. By applying the method of deduction, an observation was made about multinational organization. It‘s a complex and difficult ever expanding business system, that deals with different geographical, cultural, national, traditional boundaries while at the same time being influenced by the outside market surroundings and inside corporate branch environment. By applying the methods of quantitative analysis, structural interview and comparative analysis a conclusion was approached. An organizational culture which is based on a warm microclimate, trust and respect - strengthens employee commitment and identity to the organization. Employees feel that they are a meaningful part of the organization which in return influences their interaction between themselves and reduces the expression of cultural differences in everyday activities.
