The paper discusses the emigration , as one of the artistic cultural life change factors concept of culture , personality, attitude to artistic activities and cultural and artistic life and emigration in Mazeikiai area. The object of this work is to evaluate the Mazeikiai region, as one of Lithuanian regions attitudes to emigration and the impact it has to Mazeikiai regional culture. To achieve this object the following tasks were completed: carried out cultural and artistic culture as general culture component analysis concepts ; assess migration situation in Lithuania and Mazeikiai area; perform artistic cultural life in Mazeikiai district situation analysis ; perform recital artistic and empirical approach to the study of Mazeikiai area . The object of investigation is the impact of emigration that it has to Mazeikiai district artistic culture. The study was conducted in Mazeikiai District neighbourhood and cultural centres (6 subjects) and of the participating art groups(126 subjects) . Methods: A literature analysis : In order to reveal the effects of emigration artistic culture; qualitative interview method applied to semi–structured open–ended questions interview technique ; quantitative questionnaire method : he reads the open / closed–ended questionnaire; The content analysis of subjects ' responses to questions and content analysis assessment, distinguishing categories and subcategories to interpret them ; The empirical verification of the facts – Based on the correctness of the determination of the inspection, with specific examples such as interpretation of test answers. The following was found while analysing scientific literature: culture is a human creation of values and the system of norms, art – human communication mode. These two values help people and society to pursue higher creative and spiritual level, ie artistic culture. The emigration is a complex, often variable and difficult to measure the social phenomenon . Increased emigration influenced an increase in a new culture fragments and resulted in decrease to the old artistic culture. Survey analyses suggest that increased emigration has a massive inevitable influence to Lithuanian cultural life and nowadays we can see more and more changes to artistic culture. It become more notable a mixture of different cultures. These changes are more notable among young people, because young people are learning more than one foreign languages. Lithuania faces a serious threat because of emigration changes to Lithuanian culture, a battle without weapons. Lithuania will have to cope with European cultural competition. People fragmentation leads to the loss of culture or changes to the culture. The most important is to create, develop and in this way we could protect our culture. It will never happen that you wake up in the morning and you have it all: a good job, organised community activities in culture centres, attractive cultural life and declining emigration. |
