The aim of this paper is to analyse the difficulties of black children integration in Lithuanian schools and school„s preparation for multicultural education. In this paper according to the Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature was identified Lithuanian schools preparation for multicultural education, was analyzed the difficulties of black children integration in school. Interview, observation and focus group methods were used in order to analyse Lithuanian schools preparation for multicultural education and the difficulties of black children integration in Lithuanian school. The research confirmed the hypothesis that stereotypization, racial discrimination, bullying, the lack of parents and teachers communication and teachers‟ knowledge about multicultural education prevents black children successful integration in Lithuanian school. |
