In this workshop Lithuanian orthodox church training environment is investigated using the ideas of existencialistic philosophy and existencialistic training.It is thought that this master of science workshop will stimulate to be more interested in Lithuanian orthodox church peculiarity and culture which was not investigated in educological and sociological aspects , besides it will take part in revealing multiculture of Lithuania.The research object. The Lithuanian orthodox church training environment from the point of view of existencialistic philosophy.The aim. To establish the forms of expression and dispersion of existencial training in Lithuanian orthodox church environment.The methods of research: the analysis of literature of existencialistic philosophy and existencialistic training ; scientific observation of the community using half structural interview inquestingthe participants of the training.There was used qualitative, ethnographic research method.The group of research.The participants of the research were divided into two groups in a half structural interview and different questionieres were used for them. 1. The priests of Lithuanian orthodox church – trainers, 3 informants; 2. The parishioners of Lithuanian orthodox church – trainees, 8 informants. In the process of the research it turned out that there are a lot of equivalents of existencial philosophy and existencial training in Lithuanian orthodox church training environment, they are noticed among priests as well as among parishioners.The principles of individuality and death apprehension might be discussed. |
