Abstract [eng] Research object – services of Lithuanian banks. The aim of research– to assess the quality of services provided by Lithuanian banks. Research tasks: • analyze the theoretical aspects of service quality and service quality estimation models; • describe the course of the research and its methods, which have been collected the data needed for the research. • summarize the findings and assess the service quality of Lithuanian banks. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, analysis of primary and secondary data, questionnaire, systematization and generalization of collected data.
