Abstract [eng] The conception of strategic personnel management was started to practice in Western countries in 1980. This conception opened new view to a person, who works in an organization, his input in organizations results and organization competitiveness. An employee was established as an important instrument in reaching companies business strategy success and competitive advantage development. Personnel management is very important issue in nowadays organizations movement. What is more, it is very important factor, which ensures organizations effectiveness and efficiency. It is very important to note, that mostly scientists write about organization strategies, their purposes, development stages, necessity, but usually they forget to mention strategic effect on personnel work efficiency. So it is very important not to forget, that personnel management strategy has a very big influence on work productivity. So company must don‘t forget her employees and appreciate how shoosed strategy can influence them. Organizations have bad point if employees fill bad in this organization and employees looking for better work. How we now, this time is not simple to find new good employer. That management of organization was concern personalen management strategy In this paper, the organization personnel management strategy and its effectiveness on employees work will be analyzed. This paper analysis theoretical aspect of how personnel management strategy influences employees. In this case systemic and comparative literature and practice analysis was done. The research of strategy influence on employees was based on watching method and questionnaire. Results of research show how personnel management strategy influence employees work.
