Abstract [eng] The paper deals with the theoretical analysis of the pregnant women health, healthy eating and physical activity. Hypothesis: pregnant women who attend the specific exercise programs are less exposed to a variety of health problems during pregnancy than pregnant women who do not attend the specific exercise programs. Questionnaire purpose – compare pregnant women health, healthy eating and physical activity assessment by attending special exercise programs and do not attend special exercise programs during pregnancy. The study included 107 pregnant women the city of Siauliai, 56 of them attend special exercise program in Siauliai rehabilitation center and 51 pregnant women do not attend special exercise programs. The empirical analysis of pregnant women in their assessment of health during pregnancy, healthy eating principles and their approach to the importance of physical activity during pregnancy. The main conclusions of the research : 1. Investigation showed that more than half of pregnant women attending special exercise programs. 2. Pregnant women who attend specific exercise programs the state of their health during pregnancy the much more favorably than respondents who do not attend specific exercise programs. The analysis of the response data in pregnant women experienced health problems can be said that the most common health problems faced by pregnant women are cramps, fatigue, constipation, heartburn, numbness, insomnia, anxiety. Other health problems, pregnant women suffer less. Isolating specific exercise programs attending pregnant women should be noted that the much less exposed to a variety of health problems, only the back and muscle pain and cramps to suffer more than the special exercise programs attending antenatal. Among the special exercise programs attending the respondents the most common complaints of constipation , numbness , shortness of breath, headache . 3. Pregnant women who attend specific exercise programs much more time trying to find additional walks outside, they would much prefer the following special programs for pregnant women as swimming, yoga, tennis, jogging or gymnastics than respondents who do not attend specific exercise programs. The hypothesis that pregnant women who attend the specific exercise programs are less exposed to a variety of health problems during pregnancy than pregnant women who do not attend the specific exercise programs.confirmed.
