Abstract [eng] The work was carried out theoretical intellectual disabilities literature, discovered the disabled approach to physical activity. The hypothesis that individuals with an intellectual disability living in households and in institutions approach to physical activity is different. The study involved 259 respondents: 136 persons with intellectual disabilities who live in institutions and 123 persons with intellectual disabilities who live in families. The empirical part is analyzed and compared to persons with an intellectual disability living in households and in institutions approach to physical activity. The main conclusions of the research: 1. First analyzing the scientific literature revealed that many of the authors of physical activity and sport participation as one of the factors that helps people with intellectual disabilities to integrate into the society, it is better to evaluate yourself, your capabilities, more self-reliant. 2. Most people with disabilities live in families indicates that the desire to look good and healthy lifestyle and fitness heights of achievement is one of the factors that encourage them to play sports. Respondents living in families often feel bored and they do not disguise before sports activities. The majority of the respondents perceived their health negatively. 3. Casual is the main factor that encourages people with disabilities living in institutions, engage in sporting activities. Sports activities, many people with disabilities have no complaints. Of respondents would encourage a greater interest in a richer and more diverse sports facilities and the environment. Respondents who live in nursing homes do not avoid alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. 4. Respondents who live in households engage in sporting activities driven by the desire to look beautiful, healthy lifestyle and fitness aspiration heights and disabled people living in care homes indicates that casual dating is a key factor that promotes the sport. Institutionalized persons with disabilities in sports is longer than the families living in the respondents. Families living with disabilities sees more agents do not like sports activities than respondents living in institutions. Addictions: smoking, alcohol use is more prevalent among people with disabilities in institutions. The hypothesis is partially correct that people with an intellectual disability living in households and in institutions approach to physical activity is different.
