Abstract [eng] The was carried out a theoretical investigation with children who lives and are looked after in temporary care home communication with their biological parents development analysis. For the purpose of interview and questionnaire methods there was and investigation carried out. The goal of all that was to investigate children who temporary lives in children care home their communication with their biological parents, development of specific features. Data and content of investigation were analyzed of all this and a statistical description was done about frequency average of factor data analysis. 5 Children participated in investigation all of them temporary lives in Kaunas welfare center called ''Pastoge''. Klaipeda city and family welfare center and also 4 biological mothers who visit their children. There was 59 social educators/workers questioned in investigation they work in the institutions were the children are temporary looked after. The most important investigation conclusions: 1. Qualitative analysis showed that parents communication with children development distracted by their own negative experience which they brought with themselves. They were closely watched how parents behave with them by social workers before children got in the temporary home their relationship with their parents was tight also based on control and fear. Parents who temporary lost their children care are suffering pain and hardly copes with it, they feel lonely and left on their own also are judged by other people. Therefore that parents being in that position and feelings leads their passivity and lack of initiative by visiting children who live in care home. Although parents and children agrees that social workers who works in care home controls parents but at the same time promotes them to visit their children, deal with family problems and issues also they help children to get in touch with their parents by phone. 2.Qualitative investigation analysis showed social workers who works in temporary care home very often notices parents inability to communicate with their children, inability to say or show their love and care also to ask their children how they feel what they have to go through. This investigation analysis showed that social workers don’t have any structured negative condemn provision in respect their parents, but tends to help children who are looked after and their parents to communicate between themselves.
