Abstract [eng] The period of changes brings many challenges to the organizations - especially to managers who have to realize the solutions through their own staff, moreover, to work harder and to achieve more with less amount of resources. For that reason, the human resources are rather important, and the so-called talents are looking for. The optimal organization of workers helps to avoid and don’t get lost in modern organization and the best use of a key production factor - human capital in the organization's activities. Re-evaluating the human resources priorities in economic downturn, it is necessary to choose the appropriate human capital resources impact to modern organization of valuation models, which will enable more efficient use of the organizations most important asset - human capital. The subject of the work is a human capital impact of modern organization. The aim of this paper is to clarify the modern organization and human capital concepts in the context of modern organizations, to establish approach to human resource capital in modern organization and the human resource capital theories and concepts, to identify human capital impact of modern organization and to examine the Lithuanian and foreign empirical studies and models reflecting the human capital effect on it. When the theoretical and empirical aspects of the research are evaluated, the impact of human resourse capital on modern organization research model is formed. Following this model, an empirical evaluation shows that the most influenced investment in human capital components related resources, i.e. education, knowledge and competence, and relevance to the competitive ability test. These components are exposed to investment is strongly influenced by contemporary organizational effectiveness and profitability. It is well established that there is a reversible, i.e. human capital influences by investment impact modern organization performance and from which is a part of the financial gain back the investment in human capital.
