Abstract [eng] Master thesis aims to discover the quality of management and employee loyalty interfaces, basic safety management factors and their relationships in influencing employees' loyalty to the organization. The aim of the analysis of quality management principles of the theoretical aspects of employee loyalty, employee loyalty and a quality management model and verify it empirically. Objectives: To investigate the basic concepts of quality management issues; To analyze the importance of employee loyalty factor and components; To investigate the quality of management and employee loyalty interfaces; Provide empirical testing of the quality management and employee loyalty to the theoretical model of interfaces. The first part describes the quality management concept and system. Analyzing employee loyalty, employee loyalty, the main driving factors. Distinction is made between quality management and employee loyalty to the interface. The second part describes the master of secondary studies. Establishes quality management and employee loyalty model reflecting interfaces. Describes the research methodology, qualitative and quantitative research plans, interviews and questionnaire surveys. The last part of the company "X" and "Y "in the qualitative and quantitative tests to determine how the quality management of employee loyalty is what is required to modify or improve the organization. In both studies, the results are compared to the findings and recommendations.
