Abstract [eng] Creativity and creative personality traits, creative process and others relate to the creative aspects of human activity are intensively investigated and is extremely relevant in a constantly changing the twenty-first century. Increasing competition in the market needs to look for other, smarter, more creative way to remain relevant and offer the consumer a product or service. Creativity gives knowledge-based organizations to new and unique high-value products to the public. It is therefore very important that the organization would be managed creatively. The object of the work is encouraging creativity. The purpose of the work is to explore the promotion of creativity in knowledge organization. Job objectives to achieve the following objectives: 1. To define creativity and the the concept of knowledge organization and identify their key characteristics. 2. To build methods for motivating creativity within organization/company. 3. To explore the empirical testing of the level of creativity in organizations. 4. Based on theoretical and analytical insights of creativity in organizations, to make a creativity model of knowledge organization. 5. To do an empirical evaluation of model to encourage creativity in knowledge organization The research was done in three knowledge organizations of Lithuania: UAB “L“, UAB „P“ and UAB“C“. The results of research have shown that creativity exist in these organizations partly. The structure and largeness of work. The search work consists of introduction, three parts and conclusions. The main working materials described on 62 pages, including 22 charts and 14 pictures. The list of literature consists of 57 sources.
