Master thesis analyzes Professional military distance education quality management modelling, by exploring distance education participants’ demands, awareness and experience. The thesis was designed to collect data for distance education development and quality control in Lithuanian Armed Forces. The study for the first time defines functional features and paradigms of distance education, assessment dimensions and the potential of distance education as a means of Lithuanian Armed Forces peacetime functional performance quality enhancement. There was also developed a professional military distance education quality modelling process input diagnostics instrument within this study. Professional military distance education quality management is analyzed as a process, which input is defined by institutional and individual requirement dimensions and the quality assessment is performed by estimating results compliance with the requirements. Professional military distance education quality management model and recommendations for quality management are presented at the end of this thesis. |
