Abstract [eng] The main purpose of this master thesis is to determine the mediating impact of remote work satisfaction on the relationship between organizational support and employee engagement moderated by different generations. The work consists of three main parts, the analysis of literature, the research and its results, conclusion and recommendations. Literature analysis reviews concepts of remote work, of organizational support, of employee engagement, of remote work satisfaction and of different generations. Also, the literature reviews the theoretical links between job satisfaction, organizational support, engagement and different generations, based on the research. After the literature analysis the author has carried out the study about the mediating impact of Lithuanian employee remote work satisfaction on the relationship between organizational support and employee engagement moderated by different generations. The survey involved 294 respondents working remotely. The survey data was processed and organized using the IBM SPSS Statistics software. The results showed that there is no statistically significant mediating effect of remote work satisfaction on the relationship between organizational support and employee engagement moderated by different generations. However, organizational support has a positive relationship with employee engagement and there is statistically significant mediating effect of different generations on the relationship between organizational technical support and remote work satisfaction. The conclusion and discussion summarize the main concepts of literature analysis as well as the results of the performed research. The author believes that the results of the study could gyve useful guidelines that are adopting remote work and preparing for generation changes in the human resource when Baby boomers will be replaced by workers of Generation Z.
