Abstract [eng] |
In the context of online work environments, this study sought to investigate the connections between organizational culture, work-life balance, employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The findings show that work satisfaction and organizational commitment are significantly positively impacted by organizational culture. Furthermore, there is a substantial correlation between organizational commitment and work satisfaction, underscoring the need of cultivating a supportive company culture in improving employee outcomes. It was discovered that the correlations between organizational commitment and job satisfaction were significantly mediated by employee engagement and work-life balance. In particular, the association between job satisfaction and organizational commitment was partially mediated by employee engagement, indicating that engaged workers are more likely to report higher levels of job satisfaction. Likewise, work-life balance became a significant mediator in this connection, highlighting how crucial it is to assist staff members in juggling their personal and professional obligations. The study's findings highlight how organizational culture has a big influence on work-life balance, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement in online work settings. The results emphasize the significance of creating a supportive work environment by indicating that a positive organizational culture is closely associated with increased employee engagement and work-life balance. The study further illustrates the interdependence of these variables by showing that work satisfaction is a crucial mediator between organizational commitment and employee engagement. The results also highlight the importance of job satisfaction in improving work-life balance, confirming its importance as a critical component in fostering wellbeing in remote work environments. The significance of organizational culture, work-life balance, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement in influencing employee outcomes in remote work settings is reaffirmed by this study. Companies that want to increase employee commitment and satisfaction should concentrate on developing a positive workplace culture, encouraging employee involvement, and advocating for a good work-life balance. Future studies should look at causal links and the function of work-life balance and employee engagement in various organizational settings. Overall, this study highlights how crucial work-life balance, employee involvement, and organizational culture are in affecting job satisfaction and organizational commitment in remote work environments. The study offers insightful information about how businesses might enhance worker performance, especially in increasingly distant and hybrid work settings. The summary of the scientific literature analysis and empirical research results, alongside suggestions, are presented in the conclusions and recommendations part. |
