Abstract [eng] |
The master's thesis explores the impact of transformational leadership on employee engagement, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction within Nigerian organizations. It investigates how transformational leadership styles—defined by their ability to inspire, intellectually stimulate, and provide individualized support—can foster a more engaged and committed workforce. The research employs quantitative methods, including surveys analyzed through SPSS, to assess the relationships between these variables, with job satisfaction acting as a mediating factor. The study highlights the critical role of effective leadership in shaping organizational outcomes and provides practical recommendations for leveraging leadership to improve employee performance and organizational success. Key findings emphasize the interconnectedness of leadership style, job satisfaction, and employee commitment across demographic and organizational contexts. |
