The thesis aims to assess and evaluate the effect Employee Digital Competencies have on Quality, Waste and Cost in the Manufacturing Production Process where Digitalisation level plays a mediating role. Each concept is studied theoretically, and data analysis is done to approve the hypotheses. Chosen quantitative approach provides concrete, precise and objective results, needed for this study. |
