Abstract [eng] The aim of this master thesis is to theoretically and empirically identify and assess the impact of lean on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and individual performance. Overall, 230 employees participated in the research. The survey specifically targeted only employees of lean organizations as its primary criterion. SPSS software was used for the statistical analysis of the collected data.
