Abstract [eng] Modern financial services more and more rely on technological solutions in order to make processes more efficient, reduce operational costs and improve the quality of customer service. Effective management of customer service processes is becoming increasingly important in technological advancements. One of the essential aspects is the monitoring and management of customer queues to reduce waiting times and improve the overall customer experience. Automated customer queue management systems using advanced technologies such as video cameras, artificial intelligence and data analysis can significantly contribute to the realization of these goals. Modern queue management systems using IoT and ML technologies allow you to get real-time data on customer flows, optimize the work of employees and improve the customer service process. This is especially important in a rapidly growing competitive market, where every detail can be decisive in attracting or retaining customers. Automated customer queue management systems using video cameras or video broadcasts are increasingly being implemented in various sectors to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience. These systems use advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms that, by analyzing live video streams, enable real-time and predictive management of customer queues. By implementing these technologies, companies can significantly increase service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
