Master's thesis analyses the barriers to the implementation of service innovations conditioned by organizational culture. The aim of the thesis is to determine the prevailing types of organisational culture and to identify the barriers to service innovation in multifunctional centres by examining the theoretical assumptions of organisational culture and barriers to service innovation. The essence of this work. In order to reveal the connection of barriers to service innovation with organisational culture, the following problematic question is posed: what barriers to service innovation do organisations face as a result of organisational culture? The study aims to determine whether different types of organisational culture (clan, adhocracy, hierarchy or market) can lead to barriers for service innovation. |
