Abstract [eng] Modern organisations face many challenges and constant changes, and the rapidly changing work environment poses challenges for employees. Internal communication plays an important role in organisations. The topic is relevant because effective internal communication contributes to increasing employee resilience. The paper analyses the academic literature on the diversity, functions and implications of the concepts of internal communication and employee resilience in organisations. The research problem of this thesis is: which internal communication factors enhance employee resilience? Based on this problem, aim of the the thesis: to investigate the management of internal communication for the resilience of early career teachers in educational organisations. The qualitative research method used in this thesis was a semi-structured interview. The research in the Master's thesis covers four areas: internal communication in organisations, information within and about the organisation, the relationship between the employee and the organisation, the importance of feedback and commitment to the organisation. Based on these areas of the internal communication part of the study, the results were related to the increase or decrease of employee resilience in organisations. Effective internal communication, employee involvement in decision-making, regular feedback and mutual trust were found to be key factors in building resilience among educators. Building resilience contributes to productivity and a better organisational culture. Internal communication is not only a tool to ensure smooth and efficient work, but it also builds resilience. So, this paper has analysed the management of internal communication for the resilience of early career educators in organisations. The efforts of managers to create a supportive and effective communication environment, the selection and use of appropriate channels, the presence of feedback comments, and the building of trust help employees to cope with challenges more effectively and be resilient. It has also been observed that smooth internal communication and positive employee resilience can contribute to the strengthening and success of an organisation's culture.
