Abstract [eng] The master's thesis analyzes the connections between transformational leadership and microclimate in an educational organization. The object of the work is transformational leadership and the connections between the microclimate of the organization. The goal is to identify the connections between transformational leadership and microclimate in educational organizations. The problematic questions raised in the work are: how is transformational leadership manifested in educational organizations?; what factors have the greatest influence on the formation of the microclimate of educational organizations?; what connections exist between transformational leadership and microclimate in educational organizations? The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter presents an analysis of scientific literature. Transformational leadership in an organization in the context of the expression of different leadership styles and the microclimate and its determining factors in an educational organization are analyzed. The second chapter presents the research methodology. The theoretical and methodological provisions of the study, the research strategy and design, data collection and analysis methods, justification of the research instrument, research context and sample justification, and ethical principles of the study are analyzed. The third chapter presents a study of the relationship between transformational leadership and microclimate in educational organizations, conducted in schools in the Kėdainiai district. The study used a mixed research strategy, combining quantitative and qualitative research. Teachers and heads of educational organizations in the Kėdainiai district participated in the study. A connection was established between transformational leadership in an educational organization and the organizational microclimate: the transformational leadership of a manager is strongly related to better employee-manager relationships, employee cooperation, and greater job satisfaction; employee-manager relationships are most affected by the manager's ability to listen to and take into account the concerns of members of the educational organization's community. Empathy, support, open communication, employee cooperation, and job satisfaction are most related to the manager's consideration of the needs of members of the educational organization's community and listening to the concerns of members of the educational organization's community. The more leaders of an educational organization encourage creativity and new ideas among employees and the more they encourage employee growth and learning, the better the relationships between employees and the manager and the relationships between employees and the more satisfied employees are with their work. Leadership of an educational organization leader, based on inspiration to achieve a goal, is strongly related to better relationships between employees and the manager of the educational organization, with better relationships between employees and with greater employee satisfaction at work. Transformational leadership style directly affects the microclimate of an educational organization, and the microclimate directly affects the effectiveness of the transformational leader's actions. In educational organizations where transformational leadership style is applied, a positive organizational microclimate prevails, their members feel good, see their contribution to changes, receive feedback and constantly improve. because transformational leadership is characterized by ideals, influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized attention.
