Abstract [eng] My thesis on extrinsic and intrinsic motivational factors and there effects on employees performance is finalized with data collection and analysis. The findings of this study indicated that both extrinsic and intrinsic motivational aspects have a positive influence on an employee’s individual performance. This highlights the importance of a variety of motivational factors in improving productivity of employees. After collection of data and analysis, it was concluded that the provision of things like financial and non-financial incentives, promotions, and good work environment result in better working outcomes.
