The thesis analyzes the composition of arbitrariness offense established in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 294 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The objective of the study is to analyze the regulation of the criminal responsibility for the arbitrariness in Lithuania, to identify and reveal the weaknesses of the regulation and application of criminal liability for the arbitrariness and to provide possible solutions and recommendations for their removal. |
