Abstract [eng] MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, CONTROL AND MOTIVATION METHODS USED AT ENTERPRISES GROUPS 69 pages, 3 tables, 25 pictures, 39 literature references. The aim of the Master's paper is to determine the implementation impact of the motivation and controlling methods to achieve efficiency in management systems. As a result of the scientific literature analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of the management systems were selected. These statements were used for the primary survey of the initial group of companies that have agreed to participate in the survey. The survey was provided using interviews indirectly sending a questionnaire via e-mail. system, to find the integrated management systems of the company group. During the investigation two main author’s hypotheses were raised. The first hypothesis declines that the management system is effective, if the allegations of the existing management system are supposed to be answered in the positive way and the second hypothesis says that if the majority of employees agrees with the statement of the existing management system deficiencies, this can mean that companies management system is not sufficiently effective. The study confirmed that the management system is under the question of improvement. During the second phase of investigation the motivation level of the employees was carried out according to F. Herzberg's theories. The survey was conducted using the interview method indirectly. The employees were given printed questionnaire forms. This approach helped to establish the motivation level of the companies in the Enterprises Group. Analyzing the results of two phases, it was cleared which enterprises in the Company group would be appropriate to promote the integration of systems management efficiency through a process approach, that is, when some of the most motivated staff gradually involves employees with a neutral position at the same time emphasizing the aspects of risk management, which receives the adverse consequences if the system is not properly managed. This is especially important because the motivated employees have certain properties that help to achieve their goals. The aim is to achieve an effective management system across the Group. According to all the data obtained during the analysis, the method was developed as a result. The core thrust of the developed method is that motivation method should not be used in the traditional way, but it has to associate with the system management. The most motivated employees are integrated into the management systems by bringing them targets. The aim is one of the aspects of motivation expressions when an employee is assigned the responsibility to carry out major work activities that are important for the organization. As a result of the theoretical review of control methods it was found that this method is effective only after the employees’ behavioral research. After the study of the data received from this research, the basic control method criteria are: continuously carry out control and evaluate existing risks of the organization, communicate, create added value and improve the control and management processes. According to the author's opinion, the management systems efficiency approach method, which was applied by the author in a practical field, is the management tool that helps to achieve the goals in more efficient and productive way.
