The main purpose of this master thesis is to analyse quality management and IT service management systems requirements and after research to provide the management systems integration model. Literature and systematic analysis revealed that the quality management and information technology service management systems, along with the organization's management can be integrated only partially. These three areas and their processes implementation and integration - significant challenges for organizations. One of these challenges - documented information, an issue that has been analyzed in the empirical part of the study. During research, information was collected about the quality management and IT service management required documents and records, found their interface, and the results was used to create the final integrated management system implementation model. |
