The aim of the research work is to evaluate the effect of ergonomics training programs in patients with neck pain. Tasks of work: 1. To evaluate physical activity for patients with neck pain. 2. To evaluate the functional status of individuals before and after rehabilitation with different ergonomics training programs. 3. To evaluate the quality of life before and after rehabilitation with different ergonomics training programs. Materials and Methods: The research was carried out at PE Abromiškių rehabilitative hospital throughout the months from 2016. November until 2017 April. The study involved 44 individuals that had neck pain, aged from 37 to 55. Research programs were randomly divided into two groups of 22 persons. Total both groups the average age of 46.22  5.72. Study groups used by different ergonomic training methods: Group I - ergonomics training word method; Group II - ergonomics training video material presentation method. Patient examination was carried out twice, the patient upon arrival at the outpatient rehabilitation and exit. Both groups were applied in occupational therapy sessions.
