The aim of research work. To analyze pharmaceutical professionals' understanding about drug risks and mitigation measures. Tasks of work: 1. To analyze understanding about drug risks and mitigation measures; 2. Identify pharmacists understanding of the risks of taking drugs; 3. Set pharmacists perceptions of risk reduction and risk plan; 4. Analyze the information provided by pharmacists to patients on medicines and the risk of adverse reactions to drugs. Materials and methods. The questionnaire method (quantitative analysis), comparative analysis method, cataloging and classification techniques, logical reasoning and conclusions, graphic depiction. Data analysis: The data obtained were processed using SPSS version 17 packages and Microsoft Office Excel 2007 program. Results. The analysis of pharmacists' awareness of drug risks and risk mitigation measures found that the vast majority of people with work experience of more than 25 years to realize the risk of drug use, drug known risk measures as well as have a smooth communication with patients. The lower seniority with pharmacists (under 25 years), much less aware of the risk management is not aware of the risk plan, as well as far less familiar with the product information, and more work is facing drug compatibility problem, and problems caused by drug information. The main sources of information about drug risks pharmaceutical professionals are drug leaflet of medicinal products compatibility program and PCS. Risk reduction measures for the majority of respondents are aware, particularly with higher work experience. Conclusions: The analysis of pharmacists' awareness of drug risks and risk mitigation measures set out in the different working experience with pharmaceutical specialists have a different perception of and communication with patients to reduce drug-related risk. Greater seniority with pharmaceutical professionals has a particular perception of drug risk reduction measures, in contrast to pharmaceutical professionals with work experience less than 15 years. Thus, pharmaceutical professionals recommended as often as possible to raise awareness about the risks of taking drugs, ways of reducing it, as well as drugs that are particularly monitored for adverse effects.
