As the organic layers formation in a magnetic field is one of the less studied organics science fields, the aim of this work is to identify magnetic field effects on organic material layers during their formation. Organic materials V-606 and OP-70 layers was formed by evaporation in a vacuum process, respectively in 1 mT and 120 mT strength magnetic field. Layers thickness, structure and carriers mobility was measured. The results indicate that the organic materials layers formation in a magnetic field did not influence carriers mobility and layers structure. Organic materials CSV (1-6) layers formed in 1,5 T strength magnetic field, was produced by drying them out from solution. Ethanol was used as a solvent. All solutions concentration were the same 7 mg / ml. Examination of layers structures revealed that magnetic field had influenced organic materials layers formation. |
