This case report analyzes a clinical case of a patient with cystic fibrosis. First, the key aspects of the disease are discussed, including pathophysiology, etiology, clinical symptoms, complications and treatment methods, based on scientific literature and its conclusions. Subsequently, a unique clinical case of the first patient in Lithuania, who received the latest CFTR modulator therapy for cystic fibrosis. The analysis utilizes the patient's medical data collected between 2017 and 2024. |
