Abstract [eng] |
This paper aimed to find out how the concept of work engagement, employee resilience, life satisfaction, training and education, and the turnover intention are related. Therefore, a study was conducted, the aim of which was to reveal how employee engagement and employee resilience, life satisfaction, learning, and the turnover intention are related. The study included 286 respondents, all of whom are currently working in organizations. Therefore, this paper analysed the data provided by 145 men and 141 women (mean age of participants – 33.54 years, SD = 10.64). The responses were collected using a convenient sampling method. The survey, which was completed by the respondents, included the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), the 14-item Resilience Scale (RS-14), questions about the desire to change the workplace, participation in training, and demographic questions (about the age and gender of the respondents). The obtained data were analysed using Student's t-test and Spearman's correlation coefficient, performing mediation. The results showed that there are correlations between work engagement, employee resilience, life satisfaction, training, and desire to change jobs. |
