Abstract [eng] The thesis "The Influence of Digital Leadership on Employee Well-Being" looks at how leaders who use digital tools and technology can impact how employees feel at work. It focuses on how digital leadership can help improve or harm employee well-being in today's tech-driven workplaces. Key factors that affect employee well-being include job satisfaction, work-life balance, mental health, and overall job performance. The study shows that digital leadership can help employees by providing them with more flexibility, improving communication, and reducing stress. It also highlights the importance of leaders creating a supportive work environment, where employees feel valued, have control over their tasks, and can manage their time effectively. However, the study also warns that poor digital leadership can lead to issues like stress from too much technology (called "technostress") and burnout, especially when employees are expected to always be online. The research suggests that for organizations to thrive in the digital age, they need to understand how digital leadership can affect their employees' well-being, both positively and negatively. By managing these factors carefully, leaders can create a healthier and happier work environment.
