Abstract [eng] This thesis examines the influence of digital transformation on human resource management (HRM) practices in multinational corporations. Digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, big data analytics, and automation are fundamentally reshaping HR strategies, processes, and employee experience. The study is particularly relevant given the rapid deployment of digital solutions, the challenges of globalization, and the growing need to adapt to a changing labor market. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the influence of digital transformation on HRM practices in multinational corporations. Objectives of the thesis: 1. To analyse the concept of digital transformation. 2. To review HRM practices definition, content, and their types. 3. To examine the links between digital transformation and HRM practices. 4. To analyse the empirical level of research regarding the influence of digital transformation on HRM practices. 5. Having evaluated the results of theoretical and empirical research, to formulate the research model of influence of digital transformation on HRM practices in multinational corporations. 6. To perform empirical evaluation of research model of influence of digital transformation on HRM practices in multinational corporations and determine the influence of AI and automation, big data analytics, cloud-based HR tools, digital upskilling, and organizational readiness on HR efficiency, performance management, and workforce adaptability. The theoretical part of the thesis explores the concept, main types, and technologies of digital transformation relevant to HRM. It also presents the types and content of HRM practices and the interrelationship between digital transformation drivers and organizational outcomes. The analytical part reviews secondary sources identifying the most commonly used digital tools in HRM and discusses key challenges and opportunities multinational corporations face during digital transformation. The empirical research reveals that digital tools such as gamified platforms, AI-based feedback systems, and cloud-based HR solutions increase job satisfaction (by 66%) and employee engagement (by 31%). Additionally, the implementation of digital HRM systems leads to a 40% improvement in HR efficiency. Key challenges identified include employee resistance to change, lack of digital competencies, and financial limitations. Thesis scope – 81 pages, 10 figures, 7 tables, 9 appendixes.
