This thesis explores the principles and mechanisms of integrating sustainable business management principles at the level of international firms, emphasizing the growing importance of sustainability in global business operations. With increasing pressures for environmental protection, social equity, and economic viability, international firms are compelled to adopt sustainable practices to navigate complex cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how international firms can effectively implement sustainable practices, manage associated challenges, and leverage sustainability for competitive advantage. The theoretical framework addresses the concept of sustainable business management, focusing on environmental responsibility, social impact, and economic resilience.
