The aim of the Master's thesis is to assess the impact of academic and administrative factors on the attraction of students to higher education institutions on the basis of an analysis of the scientific literature and an original study. The thesis consists of two main parts: a review of the scientific literature on the impact of academic and administrative factors on student attraction to higher education institutions and an empirical quantitative study, a justification of the methodology and methods used in the thesis, a presentation of the results, their analysis and generalisation. Additional structural parts include an introduction, conclusions and proposals, a list of references and appendices. Methods used to achieve the objective: a review of scientific literature was used for the thematic analysis, a quantitative study was carried out to identify the influence of academic and administrative factors on the attraction of students to higher education institutions: the method used was a survey - questionnaire survey, the respondents were students enrolled in or graduating from higher education institutions. Statistical analysis was used to identify the influence of academic and administrative factors on the attraction of students to higher education institutions. The main results of the scientific literature review: theoretical aspects of the influence of academic and administrative factors on the attraction of students to higher education institutions were examined. Main results of the qualitative research: the influence of academic and administrative factors on the attraction of students to higher education institutions was identified. |
