Land mapping can be time consuming and requires human resources work. Currently, in Lithuania are using traditional methods for land situation mapping, using precision devices to map the contours of land use, water and other objects. However, technology advances, these methods may be replaced by unmanned aircraft - in flight over the desired area, and then process the images creating local digital orthophotographs and display elements of the situation set the desired accuracy and thus reduce the amount of work and time costs. Masters‘Final overall objective - to contribute to the small spatial mapping techniques to improve the use of unmanned aircraft in order to encourage greater use of these technologies in the country. This master thesis provides parcel mapping using UAV methodology, the basis of which it will be assessed whether the use of UAV, the data obtained can be used to plot the situation mapping elements. Carried out in selected areas of mapping and remote methods result showed that the remote method, using UAV to collect data did not fully mapped all situations elements. Assessed and compared the direct and remote methods for accuracy, found that mapping the sites in urban areas, the situation elements position accuracy is 50 percent, cases exceeded the mean square error limits, but villages and towns in the territories of accuracy is within the limits of permissibility. |
