Abstract [eng] Nano-structured and containing amorphous clustered phosphate phase calcium hydroxyapatites were analysed in the thesis employing solid state NMR methods. Such materials are similar to biological hard tissues, such as bone, dentin, enamel, etc. and therefore might find their application in medicine. 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy allowed to prove that depending on the complexing agent used in the sol-gel synthesis the morphological features are controlled, namely different organisation of structural hydroxyl groups. An existing cross-polarisation (CP) kinetics analysis methods were complemented introducing cut-off averaging Gaussian distribution or radial distribution function approaches together with angular averaging. Such improvements allowed to reveal characteristic 1H-31P spins clusters sizes. Differences in spatial distribution profiles between protons and 31P nuclei in the nano-structured CaHAps derived using particular complexing agents during the sol gel synthesis were revealed exploiting the developed CP kinetics analysis methods.
