Abstract [eng] |
There are many attempts to find or develop alternatives for silicon-based Solar cells, and one of those alternatives, so called dye-sensitized Solar cells, is very promising. In order to improve their efficiencies, stability, durability there are needs to have suitable dyes and charge transporting materials. Despite many attempts to synthesize such materials, there is a lack of good dyes and charge transporting material still. It is well known and described elsewhere, that energetic levels such a HOMO and LUMO, as well as charge mobility μ, play important role in selection of appropriate materials. In this work we investigated carbazole- and hydrazone-based charge carrier materials and dyes in order to find how mobility or energetic levels depend on moiety’s structure. We tried to investigate one of those materials in real dye-sensitized Solar cell and we successfully performed all necessary tests on that Solar cell. |
