Abstract [eng] In master‘s final wok analysis of microclimate parameters in an individual house is done, and according to the results, heating and ventilation systems for a new residential house are designed. Heat source – a gas-fired condensing boiler. The boiler is located in a boiler room. There are pipelines from the boiler, which are constructed in two floor-heating manifolds, which are designed in the wall of the first and the second floor of the house. Floor-heating pipelines from manifolds are designed in all rooms except the garage where an electric radiator is installed. The system of floor-heating is designed by using thermostats to regulate temperature in different facilities. In the bathroom, electric dryers for towels are installed. Ventilation system is blueprinted as mechanical. Ventilation installation with a rotary exchanger is chosen. Ventilation installation is located in a warehouse. From the ventilation installation the air is provided in the living room, work room, lounge and bedrooms. The air is extracted from bathrooms, the living room, cloakroom, and warehouse. The mechanical ventilation system with a CO2 sensor is designed in the living room. When the level of CO2 rises, the ventilation installation increases the amount of supplied and extracted air. When the motorized valve is open, the bigger amount of air is being provided in the living room than under normal conditions. In the garage and in the boiler room air inflow valves are designed. Heating and ventilation systems have an estimate calculated.
