This article examines the relationship between philosophical and legal concepts of truth, reviews the development of the concept of truth as applied in the case law of the Republic of Lithuania and investigates the possible influence of artificial intelligence on the further development of the concept of truth in the civil procedure of the Republic of Lithuania. |
