Abstract [eng] This study aims to reveal the evolution and main trends of the academic literature on energy import dependency through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis. The study analyzed publications from SCOPUS and Web of Science databases between 2000 and 2024. The methods used include visualization of publication trends, author and country collaboration networks, keyword co-occurrences, and thematic changes over time. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that themes such as "energy security", "renewable energy", "sustainability", and "vulnerability" came to the fore, especially in the last decade. In addition, it was found that author and country collaboration networks exhibited a strong structure at both interdisciplinary and international levels. The findings demonstrate that energy import dependency is no longer merely a technical or economic issue but has evolved into a multidimensional research area encompassing sustainability, diversification, and energy policies. As a result, this study serves as a valuable reference for the current state and future development of the field.
