| Abstract [eng] |
This master’s thesis investigates the role of organizational support in employee performance, focusing on the mediating effects of job stress and work–life balance in fast-paced industries. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire from employees working in technology, healthcare, and finance sectors. Validated measurement scales were applied, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability and normality tests, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and mediation analysis. The results reveal that organizational support has a significant positive effect on employee performance and that both work–life balance and job stress act as important mediating variables in this relationship. Higher levels of perceived organizational support were associated with improved work–life balance and reduced job stress, which in turn enhanced employee performance. The findings highlight the importance of supportive organizational practices in promoting employee well-being and sustaining high performance in demanding work environments. |
