Abstract [eng] This Master’s thesis analyses the impact of the psychological contract on employees’ organizational citizenship behaviour, examining the mediating role of trust in the organization and job satisfaction. The thesis consists of three parts: a review of scientific literature, research methodology, and empirical analysis. The empirical study was conducted using a quantitative research approach, and data analysis was performed with SPSS software. The results revealed that the psychological contract is significantly related to trust in the organization and job satisfaction, while its effect on organizational citizenship behaviour is mainly indirect through these mediating variables.
