Abstract [eng] THE IMPACT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP ON PROACTIVE EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR, MEDIATING PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT AND MODERATION OF OVERALL EMPLOYEE SELF-EFFICACY BRIGITA RUMBUTIENĖ Master's thesis Human Resource Management Program Vilnius University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration Supervisor – Dr. Žygimantas Grakauskas SUMMARY 59 pages, 2 figures, 20 tables, 46 scientific sources. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on proactive employee behavior, mediating psychological empowerment and moderating employee self-efficacy and to identify the direct and indirect relationships of the model. The thesis consists of three main parts: a review of scientific literature sources, empirical research methodology and analysis of the results of the conducted research, discussion and conclusions. The scientific literature review presents the concepts of the main work objects, their context, features, determining factors and significance. A quantitative study was chosen to be conducted, consisting of 4 constructs. 255 respondents participated in the study. The effect of demographic characteristics on the constructs of the research model was determined. Regression analysis was performed using linear regression, and A. Haeys SPSS prosecc plugin, using model 15. Relationships were established between the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on proactive employee behavior, mediated by psychological empowerment and moderated by general self-efficacy. Based on the results of the study, the hypothesis that entrepreneurial leadership has a positive relationship with proactive employee behavior was confirmed, psychological employee empowerment mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership, the hypothesis that general self-efficacy moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and proactive employee behavior was rejected, and the hypothesis that self-efficacy moderates the relationship between psychological empowerment and proactive employee behavior was rejected. The results of the study revealed that entrepreneurial leadership affects proactive employee behavior indirectly through psychological empowerment, confirming the mediation effect. The work carried out can be used for further research.
