This paper describes the topics of burnout, work performance, psychological well-being, and psychological resilience, and discusses the relevance of the study, the level of prior research, the research problem, and the objectives. It then examines the concepts of burnout, work performance, psychological well-being, and psychological resilience, analyzing their components and influencing factors. The paper also discusses the impact of burnout on work performance, with psychological well-being acting as a mediator and psychological resilience as a moderator. The methodological section presents the conceptual research model, research hypotheses, and defines the study sample. The results section presents data analysis conducted using SPSS, JASP, and SmartPLS software. The paper concludes with a discussion, summary, and appendices. |
