This thesis explores the impact of dividend policy on the stock value of companies listed on the NASDAQ Baltic Regulated Market. Using the Dividend Discount Model (DDM) as a core analytical framework, the study evaluates intrinsic stock values based on future dividend expectations and compares them to market prices. Key factors such as payout ratios, dividend growth rates, and earnings retention are analyzed to understand their influence on stock performance and market perception. The research integrates theoretical insights with empirical analysis, offering valuable recommendations for corporate managers and investors. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of dividend strategies in smaller and dynamic economic markets. |
