Abstract [eng] A dynamic environment makes finding new ways to cope with the goals and satisfy the new demands of the educational services users and society, and the quality requirements. Therefore, innovation becomes one of the most important tools and solutions in response to emerging societal problems and needs (Lisevičiūtė, Žalimienė, 2015). They should be regarded as a key and priority factor for the development of the school, and \"the basis of all our reformed education system is human and its culture\" (Targamadze cit. Pg Lukšienė, 2014, p. 17). It is therefore appropriate to examine the links between innovation and school culture and the relevance of issues. The aim of the work was to analyze the coherence and integrity of school activities with newly adopted and changed school regulations and related legislation, which highlight the importance of innovation for the change of school culture in today's dynamic environment for the creation of a good school. The Master's Thesis analyzes the answers to the problematic questions: how the implementation of innovations relates to changes in school culture, and how innovations are initiated and implemented, processes are significant for the change of school culture. Object of the research: Influence of innovational processes in the N gymnasium on organizational culture change. Purpose of the research: Theoretically and empirically, the links between the implementation of innovations in general education at school and its cultural changes. Research tasks: 1. To present the theoretical interpretations of the concept of culture, functions, change of the school and to substantiate their significance; 2. To substantiate in theory the concepts of innovation development and the importance of their systematic implementation in contemporary school; 3. To analyze the factors determining the success and effectiveness of innovation activities; 4. To identify the peculiarities of the innovations introduced in the N gymnasium and influence the changes in the school culture; 5. Create a theoretical model for implementing innovation in school.          The paper uses theoretical methods (analysis, systematization and modeling of the content of literature, documents, legal acts and other sources of information) and empirical research (document content analysis, semi-structured interviewing of experts, modeling). The qualitative research methodological direction was chosen for empirical research.          The results of the research revealed that the implementation of innovations in the school's cultural change is characterized by the well-structured and efficiently managed human resources, leadership culture and leadership, community microclimate, the quality of teachers' activities, the use of research results, continuous community learning and development, self-assessment, use of results obtained, prediction of goals. Successful systematic implementation of these factors is associated with the key direction of the school towards the Good School.
