Abstract [eng] This master thesis paper is analyzing various plants biochemical parameters remote sensing implementation techniques. After literature analysis in order to obtain reliable information about few most promising methods, they were practically implemented. As a result, triangular chlorophyll index and chlorophyll vegetation index were chosen. For this analysis, we used ArcGIS software, Sentinel-2A and Spot-4 sensors. Data were collected 2008-06 and 2018-05 about 25 km to the east from Marijampole. For objects identification, orthophoto satellite pictures were used. Remote chlorophyll estimation methods closely related to greenes and leafs methods that is why two widely used methods: Normalized difference vegetation index and Modified Triangular Vegetation Index were compared to our chlorophyll models. Chlorophyll concentration usually related to carotenoids concentration and differences are comparably small. carotenoid reflectance index showed similarity chlorophyll and vegetation indices. However, there are some differences between them as well. As a result of triangular chlorophyll index, vegetation chlorophyll index and carotenoids reflectance index 2 can be used to make predictions of soil quality, to make regional chlorophyll and carotenoids concentration maps. Key words: remote sensing, plants biochemical parameters, Agriculture.
